Burbuja De Amor is a cultural non-profit based in La Louvière, born around Argentine tango yet open more broadly to cultural and artistic life. While our main activity today revolves around milongas, classes and tango culture, our project is also meant to welcome, whenever circumstances and means allow, other kinds of cultural gatherings such as small concerts, exhibitions, intimate performances and other artistic encounters.

At the heart of Burbuja De Amor is the Temple, the former deconsecrated church of Longtain, which has become a singular place to inhabit, animate and share. This exceptional setting gives our events a distinctive atmosphere: warm, human and deeply memorable for those who discover it.

Our tango identity is clearly milonguera. We stand for a tango of improvisation, listening and embrace, deeply rooted in the spirit of the traditional milongas of Buenos Aires. For us, a milonga is not just a dance evening: it is a place of encounter, exchange and shared pleasure, where respect for everyone is part of the experience. This is also why we care about offering everyone both a place and a table, so that the evening feels welcoming, comfortable and convivial.

Through our milongas and classes, we seek to transmit a living tango that may appear simple, yet demands real quality of presence while remaining accessible to those who truly want to step into the dance rather than merely collect figures. We place great importance on the codes of the milonga, not as rigid rules, but as a way to make beautiful coexistence possible on the dance floor and to preserve the joy of the ball.

Burbuja De Amor lives day by day thanks to the commitment of Julien and Elma, who carry, develop and help this project grow with conviction. Their intention is to build in La Louvière a lasting place and cultural dynamic where milonguero tango fully belongs, without excluding other forms of artistic expression and encounter.

Burbuja De Amor is at once a tango bubble, a cultural place and a living non-profit project.
